George has been directing on the London Fringe for five years. He trained at Goldsmiths College and whilst there directed Jean Anouilh’s Antigone, and devised and directed The Hamster Theme Park which was taken to the National Student Drama Festival.
After graduating he made his professional debut directing Alistair Beaton’s Feelgood at The Rosemary Branch Theatre. He has recently directed the satirical sketch show NewsRevue at The Canal Cafe Theatre.
Radio credits include Wild Elusive Butterfly and Gino Ginelli is Dead II, starring Lionel Blair, for The Wireless Theatre company. He has also worked as a producer and director for Theatre Peckham and production managed for Drama Studio London, ArtsCorp, WSR Productions and Open Stage.
George is also the co-producer/director of WIRED UP Theatre Talk Podcast
Most recently George directed and produced WTC's first attempt at visualising audio. In 48 hours he and the WTC Rat Team recorded a radio play and film, edited and uploaded it. We're thrilled.
